Purpose: uploaded notes, syllabus files and form answers are used to generate the requested QuizForge study quiz.
What we keep for service/accounting: order ID, email, package, subject, topic instructions, payment provider/reference/status, generated delivery key, created date, access status and support/audit notes.
Uploaded source files: source notes/syllabus files are retained for up to 7 days for generation, quality checks and support, then deleted from the QuizForge storage routine.
Generated quizzes: the generated quiz may remain available after source files are deleted, controlled by a private delivery key.
Payment data: payment is handled by PayPal/Revolut or another selected provider. QuizForge does not store card numbers, bank details, payment credentials, passwords or full payment account data. QuizForge may store a payment reference, provider name, status and amount for accounting/support.
Owner notification: owner emails should contain only order/topic information and generated status. Uploaded notes are not emailed as attachments.
Quiz access logging: to monitor abuse, QuizForge may log delivery key, order ID, access time, IP address, approximate location if enabled, user agent, session ID and quiz activity events.
Do not upload: unnecessary sensitive personal, medical, financial or confidential third-party information.
